Registration for 2017 season will be open Wednesday 1st February 2017 to all players; boys, girls, men and women, from Under 6 through to Over 45’s.
Re-registrations and New registrations can be done on the MyFootballClub.com.au website.
Please ensure all registrations are completed ASAP as this will enable to club to formulate the teams in a timely manner.
Note: You must check a ‘FAVOURITE TEAM’ for your registration to complete successfully.
Any player who has not paid their fees at the commencement of the season being the 1st April 2017 will be unable to take the field.
To register the options are:
- Online Registration via www.myfootballclub.com.au. This is our preferred option since it saves us all a lot of time and money. However, we also accept payment via cash, cheque or EFTPOS (direct debit). Please refer to our Fees for further details.
- You can register after the season has started, but please talk to the appropriate Age Manager to confirm whether there are any available places first.
The current fees and payment methods are available on the Fees page.

Frequently Asked Questions
I want my child to play in Player 2’s team. Is this possible?
During registration, there is an option to list your “Play With” preferences. These are taken into account, as much as possible, in the Under 6 and Under 7 age groups. In the Under 8 age groups, such requests will be considered but the team allocation has an element of grading as well. From Under 9 and up, we can’t use “Play With” requests since the teams are selected on performance at the two grading days.
Our Club regards the grading process as a very important part of the season’s preparation. We have found that players who grade properly have as much fun as those who play with their friends. Bannockburn Rovers like to make sure the players are given every chance to improve their soccer skills and to try to make sure they come back to Football year after year. Under 6, Under 7 age groups DO NOT grade so your ‘Play With’ requests will be taken into consideration when forming teams in these age groups. This year we will be loosely grading U8s but we will still accept ‘Play With’ requests to assist with the team selection process.
Although the Club will make every effort to accommodate the “Play with” requests, we cannot guarantee this in every case.
Can my child play up a year?
Children may play up a year and even possibly two – at the Club’s discretion. All requests must be made at the time of registration.
How far will I have to travel?
Most junior games are played on Saturday mornings from 8.30am to midday. The NSFA stretches from North Sydney to Brooklyn, although the younger age groups tend to play nearer to Pymble as they are grouped into the northern area of KDSA/NSFA.
What are the options for Girl’s and Women’s Teams?
Girls have the option of playing in both the Mixed competition on Saturday (all ages) or the Girls/Women’s competition on a Sunday.
Under 6’s and Under 7’s: Typically girls in the Under 6 to Under 7 age groups play in the mixed non-competition teams on a Saturday. If you are interested in the girl’s only competition, please contact the Girls Co-ordinator via the Contact Us page.
Under 8’s and over: Girls Football from Under 8’s and over is played on a Sunday which is perfect for that sporty girl who plays Saturday sport (e.g. Netball) but also wants to play Football, or if Sunday just works better. Times will vary, though Under 8s and Under 10s will tend to play slightly earlier than the Under 9’s and Under 11’s. Again, if you would like further information, please contact the Girls Co-ordinator via the Contact Us page.
Women’s options: This season, as well as a full Women’s O35 team, we offer a W30 small sided (6-aside), social, Saturday afternoon team. The aim of this competition is to bring back players to football who are no longer able to play a full field game or for those women interested in just playing and gaining a bit of fitness along the way. It is aimed at a more social level of football and Bannockburn would love the opportunity to field a team. Last year our Women’s 6-aside team won the Premiership competition.
If you would like further information, please contact the Womens Co-ordinator via the Contact Us page.
